2015 News Updates
The Board of Directors of the UN Educational Pilgrimage for Youth, Inc. is pleased to announce the dates for the 2015 United Nations Pilgrimage for Youth Tour Program and that tour fees will remain the same.
Dates for 2015 Tour
July 11 - July 24 (starting in Philadelphia)
July 16 - July 29 (starting in Ottawa and Philadelphia/Harrisburg)

2015 Tour Fees in US Funds
$1,600.00 Delegates
$1,300.00 Tour Leaders
These fees do not include the cost of transportation from your jurisdiction to their originating point in Philadelphia, Ottawa or Harrisburg.

January 15 - Confirm number of delegates and pay non refundable holding fee of 1/2 delegates fee per delegate ($800.00 each).
April 1 - Final payment for all delegates along with All Completed Registration Forms in Duplicate with All Required Supporting Documents. Delegate Registration Forms can be found on our web site at: www.unpilgrimage.org
January 15 - Tour Leaders and New York City Staff must submit applications approved by their Jurisdiction no later than January 15th for approval by the Board of Directors.
These Tour Leader/New York City Staff Applications can be found on our web site at: www.unpilgrimage.org.
You must include a color copy of your Passport along with proof of insurance with your application.
April 1 - Tour Leader and New York CIty Staff Fees must be approved by the U.N.E.P.Y. Inc., Board.
Fees are due in full, along with a copy of your physicians statement no later than April 1st.

The above Deadline Dates reflect receipt of payments in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a completed Registration form at the UNP Office.
Please contact your Jurisdictional Chair for specific deadline dates in your Jurisdiction.


The Independent Order of Odd Fellows United Nations Educational Pilgrimage for Youth, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs United Nations Pilgrimage for Youth are not affiliates of the United Nations. They are wholly owned programs of The Sovereign Grand Lodge Independent Order of Odd Fellows which has sponsored and supported the project since 1949 so young people from around the world can meet together and study world affairs.
Each Jurisdiction will set EARLIER deadlines for Delegates and Tour Leaders in order to complete the selection process.
  • These deadlines are the absolute last date that Jurisdictional Chairmen can have information and payments in the UNP office.


  • January 15
    • Declare number of delegates.
    • Payment of 50% of delegate fees which is non-refundable.
    • Submit name of Tour Leader and/or NYC Staff with application for approval by the UNEPY, Inc. Board of Directors.
    • Declare sponsorship of Tour Leader.
  • April 1
    • Final Payment of Delegate fees.
    • Full Payment of Tour Leader Fees.
    • Submit Two (2) Completed Registration Packets -
      This includes ALL items including, but not limited to, copies of:
      • Insurance Information
      • Health Certificate
      • Passport (Travel Cards are NOT accceptable).
