Summer 2010 Schedule

• Dates(Subject to change if necessary):
• Tour A: June 26 to July 8
• Tour B: July 3 to July 15
• Tour B (originating in Toronto): July 1 to July 13
• Tour B (origination in Harrisburg, PA): July 1 to July 13

• Deadlines (These deadlines are the absolute last date that Jurisdictional Chairmen can have information and payments in the UNP office. Each Jurisdiction will set their own earlier deadlines in order to complete the selection process.):
• January 15
• Declare number of delegates.
• Payment of 50% of delegate fees which is non-refundable.
• Declare sponsorship of Tour Leader.
• Payment of full fee for Tour Leader.
• February 15
• Submit name of Tour Leader with application for approval by the Executive Director.
• April 1
• Final Payment of delegate fees.
• Submit Two (2) Completed Registration Forms. <--click to down load forms
• Fees:
• Full Two Week Tour  $1,300.00
• Tour Leader               $1,100.00
